It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Rose Southworth of Victoria, British Columbia, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John James Southworth; her daughter Claire Desrochers (Renald); her grandson Jeremy Beddenhaggen (Suzanne Laird); her great grandchildren, Alexander, Hunter, Xavier and Arwynne; her sister Moira Grimstone (Lorne); and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Andre), Jane (Otto), Jeffrey and Jonathan (Trish). She is also survived by great-nephew and many cousins.
Sheila asked that any memorial contributions be made to the bursary program at UBC.
