It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sing Moy (Soon) Chan in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Gum Hon; her daughters, Janice (Nelson), Judy (Don), Linda (Wayne) and Amy (Terry); her grandchildren, Eric, Kyle, Alex, Andrew, James and Jason; and her great grandchild Annabelle. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private Celebration of Sing Moy's life will be held for the family.
