She is survived by: her close friend Steve Cochran; her stepdaughter Chloe; her parents, Bert Adamson and Lorraine Adamson; her siblings, Sara (Cam), Susan, Dan, Amanda, Mitchell and Alexandra; and her siblings-in-law, Mike (Mary-Jill), Amanda, Brianna, John, Abigail, Camilla, Bridget Valerie, James and Craig. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends who Val also considered her family.
