It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Place of Victoria, British Columbia, born in Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sibling Eddie Francisco; and her parents, Jerome Underwood and Pat Underwood. She is survived by: her husband Neil. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
