It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Mixon of Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Brown and Lelia McDowell Brown Walker; her husband Henry Evans Mixon, Jr.; her daughter Donna Lynne Mixon; and her brother Thomas Earl Brown.

She is survived by : her son Van Mixon (Patricia) of Ivey; her sisters, Patti Maynard of Winder and Lynette Mixon (Charles) of McIntyre; her grandchildren, Bryan Mixon and Jennifer Merritt (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Colton, Grayson, Harper, Farrah and Kemper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
