It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vijaya Kumar (Victoria, British Columbia), who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Vijaya may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pillappa and Saraswathi. He is survived by: his wife Manjula; his daughter Navina; and his siblings, Rajeswari, Nagu and Sheshu. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens (4665 Falaise Dr, Victoria, BC V8Y1B4).
