He is survived by: his parents, John and Mary Ann; his siblings, Diane Nelms (Ed) and Johnny (Lisa); his wife Danielle; his children, Cohen (CoCo) and Briar (Bubba); his nieces, Mariah Welch (Derek) and Natasha Nelms; his in-laws, Mike, Shirley Arnett and Jamie Mueller; and his nephews, Kian and Matteo.
