He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Killam (McCrae) and William Killam of Boundary Creek; and his siblings, John Killam, Helen Anne Carey, Elton Killam and Jeffrey Killam.

He is survived by: his children, Shawn Killam (Catherine Ireland), Anne Louise Kincaid, April Dixon (Paul), Phaedra Fairwell (Ian), Wyatt Killam (Danielle) and Aurora Faulkner-Killam (David Shaw); his grandchildren, Paul, Josiah (Reanne), Taran, Hadassah, Joisan, Phoebe and Griffin; his great grandchild Jace; his siblings, Marjorie Yarema, David Killam and Ryan Killam; and his friend Susan Faulkner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as ex-wife.
