As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Hudson and Dore Price; and his cousin Helen Craig. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Linda (Victor Holysh) and Tim (Jairo Jordon); his grandchildren, David Holysh (Hwanhee Cho) and Catherine Holysh; and his siblings, Josephine and Ian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the West Vancouver United Church (2062 Esquimalt Ave, West Vancouver, BC V7V1S4).
