With sadness, we share the passing of Frank Alan Rutter (West Vancouver, British Columbia). Frank, born on July 5, 1933, passed away on July 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Frank for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rutter and Irene Rutter. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cody-Rutter; and his children, Michael, Robin and Deborah. He is also survived by his first marriage, as well as their children.
