With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Anne Maxwell-Smith (West Vancouver, British Columbia), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Ian Maxwell-Smith; her sister Glen Payne; and her parents, Myrtle McLennan and Logan McLennan. She is survived by : her children, Trish (Graham Marrion), Robyn (Terry Jessup), Sue (Rich Thornley), Michael (Eliner) and Sarah (Darren Jegodtka); her grandchildren, Kristina, Jessica, Thomas, Sam, Stephanie, Mie, Leigh, Nicole and Cristian; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Logan and Sage.
