He is survived by: his son Decimus Lewis; his parent Jacqueline Gonzales; his sister Norma Ann Nahanee (Kim M. Nahanee); and his children, Dayton Lewis Gardner, Faith Lewis Gardner and Che Lewis Gardner. He is also survived by many loving relatives and dear friends.
