He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Meredith and Clayton; his daughter-in-law Tahira; his grandchildren, Madigan and Ari; and his sisters, Karen Davis (John) and Joan Mitchell (Kal). He is also survived by his niece, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
