“When I first worked at LionsGate Hospital in 1979, Roger was so friendly and welcoming . We shared many patients and he was always kind and cheerful. On one occasion I complained at all the misinformation and quackery that swirled around pregnant patients, he assured me it was not my duty to worry. Like Churchill he thought it was a waste of time to engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed person as it only caused unproductive stress. Rodney GLYNN-MORRIS FCCFP”
