William Richard Slater Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Richard Slater of West Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Margaret; and his siblings, Norman Leeming and Edna Smith (Queenie). He is survived by: his spouse Queenie Gunderson; his daughters, Stephanie (George McRae), Melinda (Roy Reichgeld) and Scenery (Brian Casilio); and his grandsons, Dylan and Ryder McRae.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Aug. 28 at 2:30 at the Denman Island Community Hall (service outdoors to comply with COVID gathering restrictions).
