She was predeceased by : her parents, John Gerelus and Margaret Gerelus; her husband Buck; her son Matthew John; and her sister Teena.

She is survived by : her sons, Patrick (Coral) and Kelly (Iona); her grandchildren, Emily, Sophia and Xander; and her nieces and nephews, Geraldine, John, Lori, Sandy, Terry and Colin. She is also survived by 9 godchildren and numerous extended family members and friends.
