He is survived by: his children, Jamie Walters and Monica Plato (Dave); his grandchildren, Linden, Nolan and Morgan; and his siblings, Don, Mary, Susan, Robert, Ruth, Pat, Todd and Wanda. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and many friends.
Memorial donations in Dave's memory would be greatly appreciated, and may be made to the BC Cancer Society.
