He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Kari and Dale; his grandchildren, Evan, Hannah, Beatrice and Elliott; his sisters, Kris and Maggie; his siblings' children, Wanda, Kellie and Jason; and his great-niece Sophie. He is also survived by his family and friends.
