He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Catherina Schulte and Henrik Krijnen; his wife Julia Krynen (Dakin); his sisters, Nel, Leni and Til; his children, Andrew (Victoria) and Joanna (Andrew); his grandchildren, Anna, Catherine, William and Alexander; and his sister Teresa. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

“Dear Andrew and Joanna, My heartfelt sympathy to you on Hank’s death. I am Anne, wife of Pieter Wyminga, who was a childhood friend of Hank’s in Bussum, Holland. We visited Hank and Julie in BC a couple of times. I remember sitting in a restaurant listening to two 70 year olds giggling about their childhood memories.”
