She is survived by: her husband Ronald Ackerson; and her children, Jarvis Sherwood (Debbie), Fern Philippe (Rick), Danny Sherwood (Debbie), Bonnie Rich (Roy), Michael Sherwood (Lu) and Tammy Kotyk (Christoph). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Williams Lake Free Presbyterian Church (295 Western Ave, Williams Lake, BC V2G4H6).
