He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen; his wife Viola; and his sister Kay. He is survived by: his daughters, Bev (Erv Froese), Karen (Frank Klassen) and Val (Les Klassen); his stepson Alan Gifford (Gloria); and his siblings, Agatha, Anne, Abe, Ike and Aron. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life will be held at Parkside Church, 33837 Prentis Ave, Mission at 1 pm on Saturday, Jan. 29. (Covid protocols will be in place for attendees – the service will be live-streamed for any family and friends unable to attend in person).
