With sadness, we share the passing of Rhona MacKenzie Armes of Williams Lake, British Columbia. Rhona, born in South Porcupine, Ontario, passed away on June 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Armes; her children, Trenton (Alison), Rory (Jean), Darcy (Angus) and Chris (Dawn); her grandchildren, Cleo, Jonas, Mathew, Abigail, Liam, Wyatt and Alicia; and her great grandchildren, Emmalee and Everlee.
During the Pinantan years before Parkinson's limited her activity, Rhona loved her OpenArmes studio where she ran a summer school of art.
