She is survived by: her husband Bob; her sons, Chad (Michelle) and Joey (Kristina); and her grandchildren, Payton, Rhys, Liam and Harper. She is also survived by her 6 sisters and 4 brothers.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Sally's honour.
