He is survived by: his spouse Manjit Kaur Manhas; his siblings, Amrik, Santosh and Kanta; his children, Shamindar (Sam), Satyajeet (Saty), Rajesh (Raj) and Asha-Rani (Asha); his friend Manjit; his grandchildren, Neyha, Andreas, Henrik, Nyan and Amiya; and his daughters-in-law, Siw Thomassen and Takako Parmar.
