It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annie Martens (Altona, Manitoba), who passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Annie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Annie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Annie Martens; and her parents, John Fehr and Sarah Fehr. She is survived by: her children, Allen (Barb) of Altona, Brenda (Frank) of Altona, Cindy (Jason) of Altona and Vicki (Brad) of Rosenfeld. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home Altona Ltd. (216 Centre Ave E, Altona, MB R0G). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the South Park MB Church (335 6 St SE, Altona, MB R0G0B3).
