He was predeceased by: his wife Helena Penner. He is survived by: his children, Darlene Dueck (Steve), Louise Loewen (Lin), Rob Bergman (Terri), Marci Klassen (Barron) and Steve Bergman (Vally). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 6 brothers.
Viewing was held on Sunday, May 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home Altona Ltd. (216 Centre Ave E, Altona, MB R0G). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Altona Emm Church (158 2 St NE, Altona, MB R0G0B1).
