She was predeceased by : her son-in-law Grant Heinrichs; her granddaughter Natalie Heinrichs; and her great grandchildren, Deklyn and Wyatt Sawatzky. She is survived by : her husband John; and her children, Gloria Heinrichs, Valerie McMahon (Shaun), Emily Krahn (Ken), Tim Sawatzky (Pam) and Mark Sawatzky (Irma). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home Altona Ltd. (216 Centre Ave E, Altona, MB R0G). A burial was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Altona Cemetery (6147 MB-30, Altona, MB R0G0B0). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Victory Family Church (127 4 Ave NE, Altona, MB R0G0B1).
