He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Beverley; and his brothers, Leonhard and Peter. He is survived by: his wife Berta; his sister Magdalena; his sons, Leonhard and Ralph (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Leanne (Mike), Sheri (Cameron), Ryan, Brittany (Cody) and Christopher (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Jordan.
