He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Darlene Gallant (Wally), Marty Malchuk (Hilda), Dan Malchuk (Ingrid), Terry Malchuk, Linda VanNest (Chuck) and Daryl Malchuk; and his stepsons, Chris Jorgenson (Jayna) and Daren Jorgenson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
