He is survived by : his wife Vivian Kostjuk; his children, David (Tanice), Cathy (Carl) and Donna (Miles); his grandchildren, Deneika (Jamie), Ashton (Geneil), Alyssa and Ethan; and his niece Claudia (Chris).
