She was predeceased by: her husband William Buote; her sons, Perry and Patrick Buote; her parents, Kristjan Sigurdson and Barbara Sigurdson; and her siblings, Lionel Sigurdson, Patsy Huntus, Dolly Schihl, Doris Muhlenbruch and Janice Booth.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Buote of Mitchell, MB; her grandchildren, Rhonda Harland, Rachael Harland, Michelle Popp (Quintin), Adam Buote and Jesslyn Buote; and her great grandchildren, Preslie, Declan, Titius and Phoebe Popp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
