He was predeceased by : his parents, Lionel Warren and Jean Warren; his sister Gloria Locke; his brother-in-law Jean Cloutier; and his niece Michelle Cloutier.

He is survived by : his wife Janet (Swiderski); his children, Crystal Banek (Mark) and Bradley Warren (Kyla); his sister Gail Cloutier; and his grandchildren, Everett, Easton Banek, Fafa, Lily and Max Warren. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
