Nellie Radewich Obituary
The passing of Nellie Radewich (Beausejour, Manitoba) occurred on September 21, 2026. Nellie, born on May 27, 1940, is remembered by those who knew her. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph; her parents, John Shewchuk and Mary Shewchuk; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Caroline Radewich; her brother Steve; her sister-in-law Lena Shewchuk; her brother Alex; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Shewchuk, Helen Nazar and Mike Nazar.
She is survived by: her children, Doreen and Glen (Paul Bernardin); her brother Mike Shewchuk; her sister-in-law Diane Shewchuk; her nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Debbie, Keriann, Val, Barry, Brad, Brian, David and Wayne; her husband Joe; and her friends, Listening, Playing and Watching. She is also survived by many other family members, cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Birch River Community Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in mom's memory can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba. Alternatively, a donation can be made to the Reynolds Community Club, Box 12, Group 15, Prawda, Manitoba, R0E 0X0 (although the RCC cannot issue a receipt for income tax purposes).
