He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Brugger and Dorothy Brugger. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Day (Troy) and Adam (Gillian); and his siblings, Richard (Alice), Dianne Ruddell (Roland), Robert (Barb), Jean Jackson (Terry), Wayne and Karen Mitchell (Darryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
