We announce the death of Annette Adela Phillips-Harley (Brandon, Manitoba), who passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 93. Annette will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Annette will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Annette’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Arthur and Martha Pahkala; her brother Ken (Norma); her husband Tom Phillips; and her son Tom.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane; her grandchildren, Nicole, Tracee (Paul), Chris and Jodi; and her great grandchildren, Tommy, Taylor and Carter.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (3101 Victoria Ave, Brandon, MB R7B3P3).
