He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline; his parents, Arthur and Edith; his sisters, Edith, Mary and Hazel; and his brothers-in-law, James and Arthur.
He is survived by: his children, Valdene Lawson (Jim) and Leonard (Janeal); and his grandchildren, Drew, Madison and Jack Buckley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
