He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Penner and Mary Penner of Justice, MB; and his parents-in-law, Lyall and Gert Brown. He is survived by: his wife Carla Brown; his children, Nolan and Randi; his brother Paul (Shelley); his nephew Ryan Penner (Kaitlyn); his nieces, Jaclyn Suderman (Ryan) and Christa Falaye (Simi); his sister Louise Klippenstein (Steve); his sister-in-law Heather Fast (Larry); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bentley, Miles, Cheyenne Penner, Sadie, Mia, Olive Suderman, Ada and Elijah Falaye. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Memories Chapel (330 18th St N, Brandon, MB R7A7P3). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sparling Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the McDiarmid Drive Alliance Church (635 McDiarmid Dr, Brandon, MB R7B2H6).
