He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blaine (Bill) and Kathleen Blaine (Kay); and his brother Wes Blaine (Edith). He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Brent (Corrine) and Travis (Holly); his daughter-in-law Carolyn; his grandchildren, Cooper, Langley, Kenzie, Haley and Madison Blaine; and his siblings, Marg Woroshelo (Eugene), Bill Blaine, Eva Croy (Lyle), Kathy Batho (Ron) and Rick Blaine (Theresa).
