He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Coulter and Mabel Coulter; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his son Bill (Cali Ramsey); his grandchildren, Brady and Juliana; and his stepson Neal Stock (Lorena Gawaziuk-Stock).
