He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Gerritsen and Adelheid Shreur; and his wife Ursula Gerritzen. He is survived by: his children, Klaus Brechmann (Susan), Michael (Sharon), Rita (Vern) and Helen (Wes); his grandchildren, Adam Brechmann, Sara Brechmann and Christopher Gerritzen; his great grandchildren, Ashton and Brooke Campbell (Donna Hughes); his sister Ruth Eusterholz; Franz. He is also survived by Grandchildren and then great grandchildren loved to visit Opa and Oma.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Memories Chapel (330 18th St N, Brandon, MB R7A7P3).
