Henry Slezak Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Slezak and Anne Slezak; and his siblings, Lillian Balak, Murray and Ron.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Marianne Slezak (Lee Houle); his granddaughters, Hope Cearns and Kaylee Houle; and his brother John (Ruth). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
