He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Palmer and Mary Palmer. He is survived by: his brother Charles of Baldur, MB. He is also survived by cousins, friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baldur Cemetery.
