She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rutherford and Bernice Rutherford; her husband James Burgess (Jim); her siblings, Norrie Rutherford and Glenda Reid; her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Burgess, Clayton Reid, Norman Bertram and Jean Burgess; and her nephew Rob Frame.
She is survived by: her children, Rick (Sherri), Terry (Debbie) and Scott (Alison); her sister-in-law Marilyn Rutherford (Murray Newitt); her grandchildren, Glen, Dustin, Dana (Jessica), Bernie (Rhaena), Jaremy (Christine), Josh (Ashley), Marshal (Sarah), Melissa Anderson (Tom), Mitchell (Megan), Ashton Shaw (Ryan), Kaitlyn (Randy Loucks) and Abby Rowan; and her great grandchildren, Cain, Arwen, Pierce, Mya, Alaira, Madison, Owen, Cordelia, John Terry, Brinley, James, Madilyn, Ethan, Leah, Mazey, Liza and Aurora.
