She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Cook and Shirley Cook; her husband Roy; her brother David (Gordene Cook); her brother-in-law Ken Swain; her nephew Dennis Freeman; Ben and Gladys Freeman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail (Brent Campbell, family: Devin, Jessica Ann, Caitlin, Jessica Lee, Curtis, William, Wren, Josh) and Tamara (Scott Bell, family: Marissa); her grandchildren, Rhyan, Avery, Emerson, Hadley, Charlie, Taylor (Ryan) and Brookelyn (Billy); her son Kevin (Fernanda Leal, family: Sophia, Nicholas, Maria); her great grandchild Susan (Jason McInnis); her daughter Violet; and her sisters, Joan Swain and Faye. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
