He was predeceased by: his wife Annis; his parents, David Osborne and Mildred Osborne; his brother Vernett Osborne; and his brother-in-law Ken Glowasky.

He is survived by: his children, David Osborne (Margurite) of Moosomin, SK, Dawna Osborne (Kris Kendall) of Brandon, Tulley Osborne (Gail) of Weslock, AB, Kelly Osborne (Robi) of Moosomin, SK and Tom Kurys of Brandon; and his sisters, Betty Gowasky of Calgary, AB and Shirley Wall (Hank) of Crossfield, AB. He is also survived by numerous extended family & friends.
