As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bena Frazer and Harold Frazer; his wife Jackie Chaykowski of Medicine Hat; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his son Corey; and his siblings, Doreen Phimister (Don), Susan Fraser (Robert), Joanne Frazer (Ken) and Ken Frazer (Eileen).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Veterans Community Hall (6 Ave N, Swan River, MB R0L1Z0).
