He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Kozak and Harry Kozak; and his brother-in-law Bob Wiseman. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his son Jason (Diana); his brother Henry; his sister-in-law Marlene Wiseman; his nephew Dion (Charlyne); and his great-nephews, Jack and Will.
