With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wanbdi Wakita (Brandon, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 15, 2025 at the age of 82. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hehaka Cuwe Maza (Phillip Wasicuna) and Cora Wasicuna; his siblings, Mary Jane McGrandle, Betty Bullard, Raymond Wasicuna, Grace Habel, Tim Wasicuna and Glenn Wasicuna; and his extended family Wanbdi.
