He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Zazulak and Betty Zazulak; and his siblings, Fred Zazalak, Jimmy Zazalak and Melody Zazalak.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Zazalak; his children, Alyssa Davis (Jody), Kaylee Brown (Emelio), Taleah Alexander (Shawn), Lisa McPherson and Cathy McPherson Malowski (Jason) of William; and his brothers, Robert "Bob" Zazalak and John Zazalak. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
