He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. McKay and Maggie McKay; his grandparents, Joe, Marie McKay of Pine Creek, FN, Louis and Justina Richard of Camperville; his siblings, Charles, Clifford, Frederick and Gloria McKay; his wife Vivian Paul; his son Leslie McKay; his grandson Joseph Welburn; and his siblings-in-law, Doreen Chartrand (Charles) of Camperville, Irene Linklater (George) of Nelson House, Brenda, Olga, Harold Paul, Cecil Paul, Doug Paul and Charles Monkman.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristin (Fabian); his grandsons, Kayden and Kendall; his siblings, George Sr., Ivan (Paulette), William (Ann), Gina (James Sr), Joanne, Margaret Tina (Dave) and Mary (Larrie); his aunts, Evelyn Lariviere (Wally) and Irene; and his sister-in-law Valerie (Lucille). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
